Villa Renna has recently been entirely renovated with a new luxury kitchen, bathrooms, and marble flooring throughout. The villa has also been totally redecorated with new furniture throughout.
Villa Renna sleeps 6 people in 3 perfectly appointed bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). There are two bedrooms on the main living level; the master bedroom and one other bedroom. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and is accessed through a spiral wooden and wrought iron stair case. It is a romantic round tower room with its own private balcony with panoramic sea and mountain views. The master bedroom has its own en-suite large bathroom. The master bathroom overlooks and opens to the pool terrace. There are heating/air-conditioning units in all bedrooms and living areas.
The villa offers excellent living space with a semi-circular lounge with arched Andalusian windows. It has a new Norwegian wood-burning oven, dining room, and fully equipped luxurious kitchen. The villa has Astra Satellite TV, Android TV Box & internet access (wireless).
Externally, the living area opens to a terrace with Andalusian arches that provides rattan sitting area to enjoy the morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening and stunning views of the sea and Salobrena. This terrace leads to a broad terrace with a large private heated swimming pool (4mx10m) set in a large private garden, which wraps around to a terrace featuring a built-in BBQ,
The urbanization of Monte de los Almendros has a communal area for owners use and their guests. This communal area has two pools, one for adults and one for children, a tennis court, and a football pitch.
Villa Renna is at a close proximity to most of Spain's popular attractions; 45 min. to Granada and Alhambra Castle, 30 min. to las Alpujarras which attracts hikers and walkers from all over the world due to its lovely hiking trails that is dotted with picturesque villages and lined with rivers that is fed by the constantly melting snow from the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
