Rates of Villa Per Week -

Rental rates per week in Euros for up to six people ( Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning ). Payments is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

For stays less than two weeks in duration, 85 Euros will be charged for final cleaning.

Extra Costs (deducted from your deposit):

Electricity: We give an allowance of 100KW per week for normal electricity usage and anything above this is charged at 15p (0.15 Euros) per KW to cover the cost of using air conditioning/heating and pool heating and to prevent people from leaving the pool uncovered when it is not used and leaving windows and doors open when AC or heaters are turned on. The electricity meter will be read by our property manager on your arrival day and once again on your departure day.

The heated pool has an electric heat pump with a thermal cover. The electricity is charged at cost, and if used sensibly and in conjunction with the cover, excess should not exceed 75 euros per week.

Winter Discounts -

During the months of November, December, January, February, and March you can take advantage of our winter discounts. In addition to our competitive rental rates during this period, we can offer you the following additional discounts for longer stays:

15% for 3 weeks, 20% for 4 weeks, 25% for 6 weeks, 30% for 8 weeks.

At these reduced rates, electricity used will be charged at cost at a rate of 0.15 Euro per kilowatt. The lounge and each bedroom is provided with Panasonic heaters with ionizer. Fresh linen will not be provided weekly during this time.

Payment Method -

A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required with the confirmed booking by either a bank wire transfer or credit card (no surcharge). The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. A refundable security deposit of 225 Euros is also required and is payable with the remaining balance. The security deposit (minus electricity overage) is returned to you a week after your departure day provided there has been no breakages or damage.

Bed linen and bathroom towels provided and changed weekly.
