Villa Renna has superb views of the Mediterranean coastline, the white washed town of Salobrena with its 10th Century Moorish Castle, and the snow-capped Sierra Nevada Mountains. The villa has a mature private garden with banana, grapefruit, mandarin, nespro, pomegranate, mango, cherimoya and avocado trees. The villa is located in a very tranquil location with very minimal passing traffic. The villa offers a private heated pool and large terraces (retiled April 2011) wrapped all around with many outdoor seating areas providing full enjoyment of the wonderful climate of southern Spain and great views of the blue-turquoise Mediterranean coastlines, the white-washed village of Salobrena, the Moorish castle, and the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Villa Renna sleeps 6 people in 3 perfectly appointed bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). There are two bedrooms on the main living level; the master bedroom and one of the double rooms. The second double room is located on the second floor and is accessed through a spiral wooded and wrought iron stair case. It is a romantic round tower room with its own private balcony with panoramic sea and mountain views. The master bedroom has its own en-suite large bathroom. The master bathroom overlooks and opens to the pool terrace. The master bedroom has breath-taking views of the sea and coastlines and opens to the Andalucian terrace. There are electric radiators, and wall mounted heating/air-conditioning units in all bedrooms and living areas.

The villa offers excellent living space with a semi-circular lounge with arched andalucian windows. It has a wood-burning fireplace (wood logs are provided free of charge throughout the winter), dining room, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, Néscafe Dolce Gusto espresso/cappuccino coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster, washer, iron, and iron board. The villa has Satellite TV, DVD player, CD and radio/cassette player, & internet access (wireless). The villa is equipped with air-conditioning units throughout.

Externally, the living area opens to a terrace with Andalucian arches that provides rattan sitting area to enjoy the morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening and stunning views of the sea and Salobrena. This terrace leads to a broad terrace with a large private heated swimming pool (4mx10m) set in a large private garden, which wraps around to a terrace featuring a built-in BBQ, outside dining areas and a terrace with table-tennis provided for your enjoyment. The terraces offer fabulous views and are all situated at the main living level. The pool terrace leads down through a rustic Spanish staircase to a garden with lawn area, mature fruit trees, and rose bushes with spectacular views of the sea and Salobrena village.
